NFL Headset: 2.0
When Motorola was ready to redesign their first generation NFL Coach’s Headset, they knew there were several issues that needed to be addressed for a new headset to be a successful improvement over the first generation product. Some of these key issues included comfort for the duration of a full game, mechanical robustness and increased brand visibility. Motorola asked Insight to design a new headset that the NFL coaches and staff would embrace and that would better represent the company’s brand. All these design improvements had to be completed in five months so the headsets could be tooled, assembled and ready for the 2007 pre-season.
